I have been running a single 485 on e85. I'm looking to put a second pump in for safety and more flexibility in setting base fuel pressure. Many people seem to hang both pumps on the stock hanger. I am considering eliminating the siphon on the passenger side of the tank and hanging the second pump there. The second pump would only come on at load. Locating it this way should help eliminate surge. Anyone done this? Any issues I'm not seeing here?
